Gauging Interest for Operations Management Role in Southern Ontario

I am exploring the possibility of hiring/partnering with an operator for my business. I am the classic 'visionary' type and think our business would really excel with a true operator and integrator to run the day-to-day. We closed on our first strategic acquisition 9 months ago and have 3-5 more potential targets in discussion. This role would likely come with equity potential in the current business, and as we continue to grow. Curious if anyone in the Searchfunder community has interest in a role like this and/or experience implementing something similar? I currently work out of our St. Catharines office, so ideally someone from the Southern Ontario area.
