Are there any indivduals out there that have experience acquiring and running an established garden center? One has come across my desk and I have been communicating with the owner. I am moving forward with initial financial and legal due diligence and would like to have a conversation with someone who has experince in the industry.

I sold a large garden center approximately 8 years ago. It was the transaction that had the first SBA seller forgivable note which was necssitated by about a quarter of a million dollars in outstanding gift cards. There is HUGE swings in gross revenue due to weather making the working capital calculation a constantly moving target (monthly if not weekly depending on what part of the year you close).
