Gap Investor for NZ Cyber Acquisition

I am in the final stages of securing acquisition capital for the first traditional search fund acquisition in New Zealand.

The target business is in the Cyber Security industry, and I am seeking a single investor that can commit to a $250k-$500k USD cheque size to close our final equity gap.

Our ideal investor is someone with strong MSP/MSSP/Cyber networks and experience to work alongside an investor base of strong (notable) international and Australian search investors.
