Gap investment in roll up of medical clinics in Poland

Hi All, I’m currently working on an active acquisition in the healthcare sector in Poland (mix of primary care, outpatient and inpatient services) and am looking to connect with potential equity gap investors. High-level overview: (+) Established, profitable healthcare platform (+) Fragmented market with further buy-and-build potential (+) Deal under exclusivity by mid Feb 2026 (+) Financial DD completed – no red flags (+) Legal and tax DD currently in progress For this transaction, I’m expecting ~20–30% equity gap to complete the capital structure.
