Gap Equity

We have a few people who we're helping in structuring deals that have asked to have gap equity brought in. Typically we're talking $50k - $150k (under 5% of the deal).

These are all folks who are jumping into operations, high debt service ratios, long transitions, significant seller finance deferred, etc.

Wondering if there are any investors interested in this lower check size, I can connect you with info if so. There's several under contract at the moment looking.
