I'm contemplating doing an Ask Me Anything event surrounding Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Quality of Earnings (QofE).

That would be very helpful. What can a searcher do on their own to vet a deal quickly before taking the financials to the professionals and spending money on QofE and FDD?

What can be done as preliminary due diligence before a professional digs deep? Thanks
