We're looking for two US based aspiring Searchers to join this special purpose fund to help execute our growth playbook. We would need one partner to have strong interest in marketing and developing acquisition targets. As a combined entity, we would have about $2M in EBITDA and an attractive base to start the platform.

My vision is very clear and I offer a great deal. I'm assembling this team of aspiring and assertive achievers, and I intend to put this funding vehicle together within the next 45 to 60 days. The next phase for the plan is to execute the long-term buy-and-build strategy. This business segment is in a highly fragmented sector of the landscape industry, and in recent years it has become attractive to PEGs. In this niche distribution segment alone, there are over 3000+ distributor locations in the US, and 2 out of 3 distributors are still independent small businesses. The point to note here is that one major PEG with recent entry into this segment has already consolidated over 120+ distributor locations in about 2 years. The prospective course for this search fund venture is to accelerate an already strong growth trajectory and to position it to better capitalize on the appetite of investors for acquisitions. This is the smart thing to do.
