I have a deal on the table for a home health care business located in Florida. The purchase price is $500,000 and seller has agreed to 50% seller financing. The business does close to a million dollars a year in revenue and the sde is around 200k a year. Im looking for funding for $250,000. This is an off market deal and Im looking to close on this by the end of this month. Business is quite profitable and has been in business for past 10 years.
