We are looking at a tech enabled financial services business in Europe with approx 2.5m in revenues and 1.4m adj EBITDA. This would be a great add-on to our current business as it would not only diversify the revenues but also make some of them somewhat recurring. The seller wants between 7 – 8m for which we need funding. I appreciate any suggestions.
