Funding for ETA (on behalf of a friend)

Hi SF community.

A friend of mine is in the process of relocating from Switzerland to USA (TX).

He would be interested in speaking with individuals that would be interested in investing in his journey.
He is looking to raise the equivalent of "pre-seed" funding in the range of $200K - $250K, in exchange is open to discuss Interest on the debt or % in the holding company..

He can demonstrate his board (advisor) and has one if not two deals in the pipeline.
