We are in the process of acquiring a business in the online real estate training sector. This business is under LOI with an exclusivity period. We now need###-###-#### million (USD) in order to complete this deal. This is the beginning of a large, exciting roll up in this sector and we are looking for a debt only funder to support us on this project.

this business currently has an EBITDA of 1.6 million dollars with a projection to grow to over 2 million dollars within the next year.


This roll up opportunity has a potential value worth over 215 million dollars within the next 3-5 years, as this is just the first step into an exciting journey. We will be looking to acquire more business’ in the near future after the acquisition of the business in reference here.

I had looked at this business....if its the same one...i believe it wasn't SBA eligible so I passed on it.
