Hey everyone, I'm a funded searcher with a finance background currently exploring acquisitions in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm planning to relocate to the area and looking to acquire and operate a small business as an owner/operator. What I'm looking for: - Profitable SMBs in the SF Bay Area - Established businesses with a track record (10+ years preferred) - Revenue range: $500k-$3m - SDE of $200k+ - Seller motivated by retirement or transition - Willing to consider seller financing as part of the deal structure I have a particular interest in B2B service businesses (field services, commercial trades, facilities maintenance, logistics, etc.) but I'm open-minded on industry if the fundamentals are strong.
