Does anyone know where I can learn about the relationship between fund performance and acquisition geography (ideally by US state/region)? For example, do search fund acquisitions in New England tend to outperform search fund acquisitions in the rest of the country?
More generally, is there a reliable & publicly available dataset that I can use to investigate questions like this ^ ?
