I am currently evaluating fund admin software for my SPV and wanted to see if people had ones they recommend for documentation and investor communication. Currently, I have demos set up with Juniper Square, Carta, and Sydecar. I am closing my current deal sometime in July and planning on one close this year with the option to raise more into the SPV in the following years. Thanks

Keith, my partner and I created a fund management platform that we are about to release in beta. I am happy to let you preview the demo version that is existing to see if it fits.
