Full time vs Part time Controllers

I am evaluating taking on a controller, and am interested in experiences from this group on when part time is enough, if its better to hire direct or use a service, and whether or not you can spread one controller across a few firms. Any good stories out there? Any good people that you would recommend?

Hello Vik. I have not been in your position but have served other small businesses as a part time CFO as well as bookkeeper . IMO your decision should be driven by what you are trying to get from the service. feel free to reach out if you want to kick ideas around
