Full Time COO for Startup Fence Company Franchise (New Jersey)

- Adhere to franchise requirements & reach out to SFR corporate as needed.
- Attend SFR corporate meetings as required.
- Timely response to owner and subordinates.
- Search and recruit new subs until it can be handed to Field Ops.
- Build internal install team(s).
- Optimize Purchasing to eventually hand off to Warehouse or Office Team.
- Responsible for all functions for subordinates. Must take ownership of mistakes.

- Hiring and firing team members
- Oversee all field ops. Act as field ops manager until profitable.
- Oversee all warehouse operations.
- Oversee and train sales team.
- Add new fence products as needed.
- Calculate fence pricing using fence calculator. KA can help maintain since it's very excel heavy.
- Oversee the maintenance of proper inventory levels.
- Oversee installation schedules and make sure we are satisfying customers.
- Ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Review P&L and overall business direction with KA on a monthly basis.
- Conduct weekly whole office meeting to get everyone on same page with next week’s installs.
- Conduct daily###-###-#### minute meeting with owner to brief the status of business operations.
- Keep a pulse of all team members and make sure we are acknowledging good work and correcting poor behavior.
- Create and document business processes/systems to be as efficient as possible.
- Help develop and do weekly review of scorecard.
- Help implement and run EOS
Important KPIs:
- Revenue Growth - Targeting $1.5m, $3m, $6m, $9m, $12m, $15m, & $20m in the first seven years###-###-#### )
- Profitability - Maintain ~ 30% Gross margins on the residential side. Once over >$1.5m maintain 15%+ net profit margin.
- Customer Reviews - Obtain reviews from >25% of installed jobs. Maintain >4.7 star review across all platforms.
