Hey all,

I am officially under LOI and well into due diligence less than one month after my search kicked off. I understand that my situation is unique and I'm happy to discuss exactly what I did during the days leading up to my search start date and what I did as my search started, I refined things quickly when I realized they were wasting my time/others time. Ask me anything, and if you have any advice I'm all ears!

Great work! You already alluded to exactly what I would find helpful to know:

- exactly what you did during the days leading up to the search start date

- what you did as your search started

- what you found to be wasting time and how you adapted

Would be great to hear what you did! I also think it'd be great to hear how you are dealing with an LOI so quickly - I assume you didn't expect one quickly and would be great to here how you're prepping for diligence.
