Fellow Searchers, I wanted to share a few new tools for sourcing deals. We’ve fully automated our sourcing of on-market deals and it’s allowing my team and I to be first to contact brokers on new deals. It's been a tremendous success. Curious what you mean by oversaturated - are you meeting searchers who've already solved the manual deal sourcing problem? Everyone I talk to is still checking a dozen sites every morning and building outbound campaigns themselves.

I have solved the manual deal sourcing problem at least for me. I have a coding background (not vibe) and quickly built my own outbound campaign and have found a niche space. The govcon / veteran set aside space. Not sexy but profitable. Second, when you go to the same market that everybody else is going to. The pickings are pretty slim. PE is on such a desperate search that they are over paying. (It appears this would be advantageous to your business model.) When I say oversaturated, I am referencing that more sites are willing to teach me how to buy a business and more banker are willing to give me money to buy a poor performing business. It's starting to smell oversaturated, I base that on my observations from my experience with .com bubble, financial crisis of 08, the 2010ish app development rebirth, the green rush, and the on and off crypto bubble. I won't even get started on interest rate policy. BizScout is the best example. I signed up and quickly figured out they were scraping deal sites and repackaging them.
