Nice list, ^redacted‌. In my experience scrapers are great for getting raw JSON, but the real lift comes from what sits on top: searching across hundreds of sites, de-duplication, alerting on new matches, and automating NDAs and broker follow ups. Evergold’s recent study showed that DealMatch has the widest coverage, which is why a lot of people use aggregators instead of wiring all the tools together themselves: https://evergoldpartners.com/best-brokered-listing-aggregators-for-on-market-smb-deals/ At the end of the day, the buyers who win are the ones evaluating deals, not building search infrastructure.
