Free tool we've been using internally — opening it up

We built a quick total addressable market (TAM) mapper for our own deal flow and figured it might be useful to others here. Basically it quickly shows you how many target companies align with your criteria. Pulls from U.S. corporate registries to size markets by industry/location/revenue range. We were sick of manually scraping state databases and cross-referencing IBISWorld reports every time we needed to validate a thesis. It's an MVP — nothing fancy. You fill out what you're looking at (plumbing in Texas, HVAC in Florida, whatever), and it emails you back with a range. Takes about 5 minutes.
