I know some members of the community are looking to acquire SaaS companies. I'd like to offer my help with: product audit, improvement plan / strategy / team assessment, due diligence and other general advice. Free of charge.

This would be a good way for me to contribute to community and learn more in exchange.

My background is in product (SaaS & consumer) leadership (~10 years). Mostly martech & AI, several consumer products as well. Built products & cross-functional teams (up to ~80 FTEs) for both startups and enterprise, with direct P&L responsibility.
