Free Franchise Info List
I have left the franchising game so I am giving away a lot of the tools I have made. Below is a link to a database I built in Notion. There are all brands who worked with brokers so it isn't exhaustive. Then, there is the Google sheet where I took last years highest grossing franchise systems and divided their revenue by the number of franchise locations they have to find the highest grossing franchise locations. Lastly is a Google folder with docs to use at every stage of the research process to ensure you are asking the right people the right question at the right time. All this info is a bit dated but I hope it helps people out there. Last piece of advice, if you haven't run a business before I wouldn't join a franchise that doesn't have 100s of locations. Forget the idea that means there aren't good territories left. 100s of locations could easily be just a few big cities and several secondary cities. You can find an established brand with open areas near you if you look hard enough. I am focusing on the franchise I own and building a 401k advisory business so I will not be doing franchise consulting any more. redacted redacted redacted
