What is everyone's favorite source for finding franchise resale opportunities? I have not really found any centralized source for this yet. Perhaps because this does not exist?

Do you have an industry in mind? I have luck calling a few top franchise owners locally who have multiple territories and own it for >5–8 years. You can find this information in the FDD. Franchise dev folks are open to share if they have any owners ready to sell too.
