Franchise lawyers for a reseller

Hi everyone,

We are looking to acquire an existing franchise location (currently is a break-even). Can anyone recommend a franchise lawyer to help with:
1) negotiating some of the terms in the Franchise Agreement to help us with the downside risk
2) also with the Purchase Agreement (Asset Sale) for buying the location from the current franchisee
