Ray - feel free to DM me and we can talk anytime. I bought and sold a few franchise territories in suburban Chicago previously and have looked at dozens of others over the years. Like anything, there are pros & cons but you need to know how to decipher whether it's the best fit for you (do not rely on the FDD or sales people).
