Fractional Integrator / Succession Planner looking to connect

I've spent the past 7 years working with founders to streamline operations and develop emergency and succession plans. Last week, I met someone at an event who got excited about my work and recommended I connect with his friend involved in Search Funds/ETA. Until then, I hadn’t heard of this space, but after diving into research, I found this group.

I’d love to connect with a few experienced searchers to learn more about the journey. Specifically, I’m curious about how you typically approach getting a business cleaned up and ready for sale before buying. What challenges have you faced with getting founder dependency sorted out? That sort of thing, and of course, would love to swap stories about what's going on on the inside/things we've seen and dealt with.
