Fractional CFO in Los Angeles

I’m looking for someone with fractional CFO experience that’s open to a part time role at a Los Angeles based building products distributor. Must have experience working with or for with private equity backed portfolio company. Key tasks include monthly financial reporting, bank and covenant compliance reporting, prepping the company for a first-time audit, and helping the existing finance team with a reviewed financials process. Preference for local in LA and willing to be on site a few days per week, but open to remote for the right individual with some minor travel around board meetings and/or onboarding.
