Fourth Quarter Fundraising

I'm finding that many investors are fully committed in the fourth quarter. Has anyone had any luck in identifying search fund investors that are still playing this late in the game?

Nathan, that's just a polite way investors pass on a deal. People might not like the team, business, strategy, structure, etc. but there is always money to invest in the right opportunity. Find out what they didn't like, adjust and keep trying.
