Foundy is seeking to fill two exciting job roles! Would you be interested or know someone who may be suitable? For context, Foundy is the world's first AI-enabled portal for streamlining the deal sourcing and management process. From one centralised portal, buyers can quickly and easily source high-quality acquisition opportunities using advanced market mapping tools and then connect them to suitable lenders to fund the acquisition from our embedded database of hundreds of qualified lenders. There are tools to streamline negotiation and legal documentation and even post acquisition integration too.

Role 1
Head of Operations - Full-time role. Generous compensation package. You will oversee marketplace and portal operations to ensure operational efficiency and client happiness. This role will allow you to utilise and expand your skills and experience. Job spec available.

We are ideally looking for someone with some experience in SaaS and / or M&A.

Role 2

Deal Sourcing & Analyst Intern - Part-time role but the opportunity to transition into full-time. This role will focus on sourcing and evaluating buy and sell side opportunities for our marketplace and end-to-end portal tool.

We are happy to reward successful referrals. If you know of suitable candidates that go on to be hired, we will happily reward you.
