I've been searching for a while, and this deal is entirely different and bigger from my search criteria (Prof services & Self Funded/SBA), but I always kept an eye out for a great deal.
Through a personal connection, I have an opportunity to pursue an electronics/infrastructure distributor in Southern California.
Rev ~$10m
EBITDA ~$1.5
It's an industry I've had years of experience in; the seller wants to stay for at least 2 years and keep some equity (maybe 25%) for future upside (all great signs).
Looking for a partner in making this deal happen that may want to fund all debt or take a minority equity position. Someone with experience in the space to also be an advisor. Sorry I had to make this anonymous, please comment if you're interested.
