Former Searchers / now-Business Owners in Southeast FL

I am looking to connect with a few former searchers / now business owners - preferably in the Southeast Florida market who search for / now have businesses in one of the following service-driven / manufacturing spaces: facilities, hvac, plumbing, industrials, auto repair, marine. Would be great to share best practices on both sourcing / deal approach as well as funding. I started my search a month and a half ago. I am a growth-focused leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling service-driven and industrial businesses. Prior to the start of my search, I served as Vice President of Parts within industrial equipment manufacturing and services, where I helped expand revenue, improve EBITDA performance, and lead high-performing teams. I am now focused on acquiring an established services business in South Florida with $750K–$2M in EBITDA, where I can apply my leadership experience to ensure continuity, drive growth, and build long-term value. My plan is to operate hands-on initially, then scale thoughtfully through organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions.
