Former searcher looking for aligned capital partners

I purchased my first company in###-###-#### commercial landscaping), and we've been able to grow the company each year. I am the sole owner and have used the cash flow to start a small purpose driven private equity group in Atlanta, Georgia - www.TalentsEquity.com. We are looking to start, invest in, and acquire additional companies that are "sweaty industries" (think 'boring', 'industrial services', or 'things my guidance counselor didn't mention to me'). There is a faith component to how we operate, and we have an evergreen approach to our investments.

I'm looking for both debt and equity partners that share our vision of investing in people to help grow companies. Our deals are generally under $2,000,000 in adjusted EBITDA. We are active independent sponsors because we, along with the management teams, want to help grow these companies as a unified collective.
