Flexible Commercial Real Estate Loans

I am looking to see if anyone has experience financing commercial real estate in the New England area (being used to underpin a broader business transformation -- via an asset deal). The deal value is approximately $700,000. We are on the verge of signing the purchase and sale agreement but do not believe that the bank processing the loan can meet the closing deadline. Therefore, we are looking for alternative and/or bridge financing to provide more certainty.
