Fixed rate SBA loans?

Having a floating rate make me nervous with potential inflation over the next few years, so I am looking for lenders that offer fixed rate SBA 7a loans for business acquisition and/or affiliated real estate. Bonus question: What current rates are people seeing?

I have closed on fixed rate SBA loans many times. Similar to floating rate loans you will see the fixed rates can vary based on strength of deal, strength of the PG, and the amount of collateral available (if any). Most lenders in the SBA space shy away from fixed rates since the fee on the secondary market is close to nothing compared to floating rates. So in this instance we would just keep the loan on the books and not sell the SBA backed portion. feel free to DM or email --@----.com if you would like to discuss.
