Before you send an LOI, five numbers worth checking yourself in an afternoon: 1) revenue by month against bank deposits, 2) owner pay and payroll against W-2s and the tax return, 3) every add-back against an invoice or statement, 4) the top five customers by revenue over three years, 5) working capital at each month-end for 12 months, not just the year-end snapshot. If one doesn't tie, you've either saved a QoE fee or you know exactly where to point it. Happy to share the request list we use. Matt
