Long time lurker, first time poster. I've spent the last year in the medspa acquisition space across Canada and the US. Have run multiple deals through full diligence cycles, mostly owner-operated medical aesthetics clinics in the $1M–$3M revenue range. Learned (and still learning) a lot about what makes these businesses work, what sparks growth, factors that hinder it and what kills a close. Now I'm actively building pipeline with a primary focus on Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Texas, Arizona, and the Greater Toronto area with a willingness to consider other regions if the opportunity is right. Two things I'm looking for: - Other operators or searchers who have closed in medspa or adjacent healthcare services, who would like to compare notes - Investors who understand the aesthetics rollup thesis and are open to deal-by-deal co-investment structures Happy to be here and connect with the community.
