First Exit for SF Club

Happy to announce our first exit, after a 2.5 years of investment period. https://formeds.pl/ is a Polish manufacturer of high quality supplements purchased by Val Pilch (a NCA sponsored searcher) back in###-###-#### The company since them had a great performance until a large Polish PE firm (Enterprise Investors) made an offer that was very hard to say no to. The IRR is great. But to a certain extent it is a pity to have left so soon. We are sure that the future for Formeds is still very bright!
