Fire Suppression Acquisition - LOI signed - 550k EBITDA

Hello - I am under a LOI to purchase a fire suppression business based in Maine and NH with 550k EBITDA - Half of the business is focused on installing highly engineered systems for gas stations and food processors, the other half is recurring service and inspection of installed systems.  Price is 2.5MM and we expect 1MM in debt, 1.5MM equity.  This deal will start the launch of North Haven Capital as an independent sponsor focused on New England companies: northhavencapital.com.  Just joining this network I'd be interested in talking with people interested in the above or people that have had direct experience in the fire suppression industry.
