Finding People looking for Sewing work

We acquired a custom dance company that does all it's patterning, sublimating, sewing, embroidery, rhinestone's, etc all in house / state side. We are located out of MN and we are now just coming off our busy season where we staff up to make it through the crazy. As things slow down one of my goals is to keep staff onboard vs having the temp labor take off (Training and onboarding is expensive right) and so i'm trying to find a marketplace, or somewhere to post about our capabilities or any idea's as to how to find companies looking for stateside sewing projects who are maybe at capacity right now or super busy that we can help take some stress off. I've got a couple local jobs so far but am open to any and all ideas to drum up this side of the biz.
