Been trying to find lots of deal flow and struggling with sourcescrub, grata etc. They are good but terrible contact info accuracy.

Heard about some new tools/databases like Kairo.

Anyone have any great suggestions?

Put the deals you like on a Google Sheet.

Hire a VA from India for $4/hour and give him access to that Sheet.

Ask the VA to find all possible contact info for those businesses.

I've heard https://www.zoominfo.com/ is another good way to update contact info.
