Please What method do you use in finding potential deals? What cost effective database do you use? And also what do you think about companies offering deal sourcing services

Hart but often true: The best deal flow always comes from warm intros or networks. Broker and platforms help, but are often just the second approach on the sell side. I am speaking from a more venture/ early stage company perspective, but would guess, it's the same for more mature deals. This industry is a people driven business and it is always worth it to maintain and built your network.

Hi ^Searchfunder member‌ - If not using Lavia Partners, I would recommend looking at where the business owners of your target industry/niche hang out, network, and who they trust like attorneys or CPAs and build referral partnerships with them.
