Finding Business Owners Contact

I have gathered several lists of Auto Body shops and Towing companies in Southern California. I am trying to get the business owners' contact information (name, phone number, email).

I have tried using Hunter IO, Seamless, and Snov.io, and no luck.

What tools have you found beneficial in your search?
