I'm looking to do a handwritten mail campaign, and looking to get owner's home address information. Does anyone have a good source for this? I remember hearing that a few traditional search funds were relying heavily on handwritten mail as one of their channels.

You can try Propstream (paid) or Propwire! (freemium)

Handwritten direct mail does work. In my real estate business we use it quite a bit. The letters are printed but the envelopes and signature line are done in old fashioned pen and ink. We are able to find owners names and addresses through our county website. If we have a name but no address we use Truepeoplesearch.com it is a slow manual process and not 100% accurate, but it is our go to for this type of info.
