Finding a niche

That's awesome. I didn't realize it until I read that, my partner and I are essentially doing the same thing but in reverse. We bought a distributor and are looking to buy some of its customers.

^Searchfunder member‌ I am searching for design businesses. The challenge with a specific niche is that the right matches are hard to find on broker sites. I am connecting with capital equipment suppliers to these design businesses and at least one of them has been responsive. They see me as a potential buyer of their capital equipment post acquisition and I am leveraging that interest to get introductions to businesses that use their equipment in my area. If I am lucky I will connect to a potential seller.
