Financing Options: Non-SBA Eligible SaaS Business, very high SDE margins

Self-funded searcher here: Does anyone have experience or guidance on financing a growing, highly profitable, low churn SaaS business that's ineligible for SBA financing? Want to finance through a combination of debt, equity, and personal capital. SDE is ~$450k.
