Financing for foreign businesses outside of Canada & the US

Hi everyone, I'm trying to acquire an online business that is currently incorporated in India. The operations are all remote, the clients are in North America and the UK. Ideally I would like an SBA loan but that's not possible seeing as they require the company to have 1 year of operations in Canada. Does anyone know any financing companies that will finance companies outside of Canada / the US?
