Financing for Commercial Dealership Acquisition

I had a loan approved a couple of years ago in a related space. Based on that deal, the sticking point was less the cost of the business operation (EBITDA multiple) v. the cost of buying the inventory. We came up with a pretty creative workaround but the deal died in buyer diligence. feel free to DM me if you would like to discuss.
