Financing Alternatives for Smaller Deals? SBA, direct lenders, mezz...

Hi there,

I'm looking to submit an LOI for a landscaping business, which (in my opinion) is a great platform to grow revenue in the area and also roll-up regional peers.

Outside of SBA lending, does anyone have recommendations for lenders who finance smaller deals (I see many SBICs/direct lenders/mezz providers, but they typically need $1-3mm+ EBITDA) and also have flexibility around structure to allow for add-on acquisitions.

Any input/suggestions would be highly appreciated.
