Hi All,

Have 2 deals coming up under LOI, and wanted to understand how this community has best sourced accounting / financial and legal DD support? The cost of the top-tier firms which I used at my last shop is not feasible for a independent firm. Have looked through the directory here but many of the links appear to be stale. Appreciate any thoughts, thank you.
