Where can you find financial information on private companies to do industry benchmarking? What are the best free and non-free sources? Thank you!

you have free pitchbook and prequin at Kellogg. That would be the best best source. Also use BVR within searchfunder. Also pretty useful.

For Colombia I think the best one is EMIS. It has all the financial statements as reported to the local chamber of commerce, and you can filter by revenue to find companies within a especific sector. I think several Colombian universities still provide complimentary access for Alumni.
