For those looking for a firm to conduct their financial due diligence I'd like to recommend LCG Advisors and ^redacted‌. Chris's team just finished DD for my deal and did a fantastic job on a business with very sloppy books. They helped be identify an issue that led to renegotiating the terms and also gave me much more confidence that I'm buying what I think I am. I'd highly recommend them.
